Ordering Calendar & Information

This year you will have several avenues to purchase your spirit wear from the PTO Store: In-person during Meet & Greet, on-going sales of in stock items, full-stock ordering windows, and direct-ship sports apparel through our Threadless Store. See below for more detailed information:

• Meet & Greet: Please stop by the PTO Spirit Wear table during Meet & Greet to purchase spirit wear, approved uniform outerwear, stickers, and discounted or discontinued items from last year.
• On-going Sales of In Stock Items: In stock inventory is available for sale in our East PTO Store all year. Orders are collected and reviewed on Fridays and delivered the following Monday.
• Ording Windows: There are (3) scheduled ordering windows that include our full selection of spirit wear and approved uniform outerwear. Each window will last a week. Orders will be delivered directly to your student 2-3 weeks after the order window closes. Please be sure to include your student's first/last name and grade.
• Sports Apparel: All sports apparel (football, soccer, volleyball, cross-country/track, Matchwits, cheer, basketball, etc.) is sold through our Threadless Store (maeastsports.threadless.com). Items sold here are shipped directly to your home. We will provide free shipping codes as they become available. The PTO suggests ordering with friends or teammates to less shipping cost when no code is available.
